National League, 2013

The R.W.A. announces the 2013 NATIONAL LEAGUE

This League is based upon the National Championships at 10 miles, 20k and 10k for Men and Women

Scoring will be on the basis of 100 points for the winner of each championship, 98 for the second place walker,
97 for the third and so on.

The top six men and the top six women on aggregate scores at the end of the season will receive cash prizes:

First     £150
Second     £120
Third     £100
Fourth     £75
Fifth     £50
Sixth     £25

We hope that this will encourage more walkers to participate in the Championships, so leading to
fiercer competition and better performances.

The qualifying events are:

10 miles: Victoria Park, London, 10/3/2013
20k: University of Warwick, Coventry, 28/4/2013
10k: Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Hillingdon, 20/7/2013
